Training Sessions
Monday is a short 1 hour session aimed at speed and or hill work.
Wednesday: The session caters for all abilities from the faster competitive runners to the slower enjoyment runners. Enjoy a run around the Langport area with a choice of longer or short routes.
Sunday: This session is again aimed at all abilities and is a very social run with all groups congregating at points along the route. Routes vary and occasionally away runs are organised like a regular Quantock session. The terrain also varies from all road to a mixture of road and cross country
