The biggest turnout saw five of our runners at a damp Street this week, in fact I think everyone got a little wet this weekend. Richard was the only runner to record a PB with a time of 24.10 Brian was marshalling, in the middle section, so you got the pleasure of seeing him six times! – Roxane said he was enthusiastically shouting all the time and telling her she could get a PB, she didn’t, but his words did encourage her to run faster past him at least. If she ran a bit faster she may have pipped Nick on the age grade percentage.
Nicky and Dave G were at Longrun Meadow and both had great runs Nicky’s run was good enough to come top of our table and Dave was very close to a sub 40 min runner. Just the two runners at Montacute with Jean on only her 4th parkrun cementing 2nd place on our table and Emma was running only her 5thparkrun.
