My turn for a speedy report this week. No Yeovil Parkrun this week or next, back at Montacute on Saturday 27th April.

I was at Longrun for the first time in months. The course was back to its usual two laps, clockwise direction. Not unexpectedly,
one of the Parmenter's achieved a PB again! This time it was Cathy's turn, with another 9 seconds shaved off her best here.
Paul ran his second best time here and topped our table, I was pleased to see 30 minutes something and Dave G was, again,
first in his age category. Paul and Cathy are heading towards their 50th run.

Marie chose Lanhydrock as her first Parkrun. She was 4th lady in.

Steve (+Sal) ran Killerton for the first time; and first time also for Amanda P and Sam at Burnham. They were helping Nicola
Partridge of BHAM celebrate her 50th Parkrun.

The majority ran at Street. Maggie, Katy and her son William ran together; William's first run at Street and second Parkrun.
Wendy was top lady in our table this week and Martin, Dave W and Richard were amongst the 183 taking part.

A reminder from Shepton Mallet:

"THE BIG NUMBER 2. On 27th April it's our 2nd Anniversary at Shepton Mallet parkrun. As everyone made such an effort with
Joan day and we have a "May the 4th be with you" Star Wars themed event the week after the Anniversary we are suggesting
that you all come dressed as a twin or as a pair. There will of course be cake."
