A bumper turnout this week for what was a bit of a soggy start to the weekend. 18 of us turned out at 6 venues with 5 of the Loch Ness Marathon runners turning out at the Inverness parkrun to get their legs warmed up for Sunday.

Roxane and Nick also did some parkrun tourism enjoying the delights of Killerton in Devon.

Nice to see Sam back park running at Shepton Malett for only his second run there this year.

Well done to Wendy who achieved the only PB of the week over at Street, improving her time by 6 seconds. Karen was only 3 seconds from missing hers. Martin also stretched his legs for his second quickest time.

I was at Montacute and produced my quickest run of the year. Missing a PB by 12 seconds (there is always next week). Well done to two of our 2nd claimers* John and Spencer who both smashed their PB this week.

Joan produced a terrific run at Longrun Meadow and nice to see Dave German produce his quickest time of the year too.
