This week saw 7 LR venture out for a parkrun on Saturday morning at Montacute with Anne running at Shepton Mallet. Running conditions were good for the time of year. I was out running Saturday morning but on a longer training run.
There were some stellar performances from those who ran. Anne on her 57th parkrun produced the only PB of the weekend knocking a whopping 31 seconds of her course PB. Kyle came 5th, Sue on her 98th parkrun came 12 in her category position and seems certain to be the next centurion for the club although Amanda is on 93. Jack continues to run well every week and it looks like Grahame is over his injury problems and I am sure his times will get quicker over the coming weeks.
