At Montacute, Jack needs a mention, with yet another PB and a huge 24 seconds off his previous best time. Good work! Adam was a mere 11 seconds off his PB and Liz, with an impressive 71.81%, topped this week's table. Sue must know the course very well after completing her 87th run here, out of a total of 90 Parkruns.
 
Dennis was the sole Langport runner at Burnham & Highbridge Parkrun, making his 5th appearance there. With 315 runners, the course was fairly crowded at the start.

Dave German has now completed 98 Parkruns!!! 
He is aiming to do his 100th Parkrun at Montacute on Bank Holiday Saturday 26th August. The day before The Battle of Sedgemoor 10k. Dave's daughter Michelle has promised there will be plenty of cake!! We will keep reminding you! 
It would be great to see as many Langport Runners as possible at Montacute to cheer Dave over the line.👏
